Quotation confirmation, order acceptance & supply commitments
1. Purpose and status of quotation
This quotation sets out the proposed commercial terms for the supply of the specified hyperbaric chamber and associated equipment by [Company Name] (“Supplier”) to the customer identified in this document (“Customer”).
The quotation identifies the product configuration, purchase price, payment schedule, delivery arrangements, site-readiness requirements, and other terms applicable to the proposed transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the issue of a quotation does not itself constitute final order acceptance, confirmation of manufacturer allocation, or a guarantee of a delivery date.
2. Confirmed and provisional arrangements
Each quotation will distinguish between:
A. Confirmed arrangements: Details expressly identified as confirmed in the quotation or its incorporated attachments, including the agreed product specification, quoted price, included accessories, payment schedule, and any delivery or installation services specifically accepted by the Supplier.
B. Provisional arrangements: Details expressly identified as estimates, subject to confirmation, or dependent on third-party availability. These may include manufacturer allocation, production scheduling, carrier availability, estimated dispatch dates, and estimated delivery dates.
C. Outstanding requirements: Documents, approvals, payments, site assessments, prescriptions, professional credentials, or other conditions that remain outstanding before the relevant stage of the order can proceed.
No provisional detail will be treated as a guaranteed commitment merely because it appears in a quotation. Any subsequent material change to an agreed arrangement will be communicated to the Customer and handled in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable law.
3. Order acceptance and manufacturer allocation
Following the Customer's written acceptance of the quotation, the Supplier will confirm whether the order has been accepted and identify any remaining conditions.
Manufacturer allocation, production scheduling, or custom configuration will be treated as confirmed only when the relevant arrangement has been verified and expressly recorded in writing.
Where the Supplier incurs manufacturer, production, configuration, freight, insurance, or other customer-specific commitments, the applicable commitments and any cancellation consequences will be documented to the extent reasonably ascertainable and permitted by law.
Any deposit, cancellation charge, or amount described as non-refundable must be supported by the agreed contract terms and must not override any applicable statutory refund or cancellation right.
4. Delivery and site-readiness confirmation
The quotation will specify the delivery service included in the purchase price and identify any excluded services, including specialist lifting, unloading, internal positioning, electrical works, building modifications, installation, commissioning, and training.
The Customer must review the manufacturer's stated dimensions, weight, access requirements, electrical specifications, and installation conditions before authorising dispatch.
Where required, the Customer must submit the completed site-readiness declaration and any supporting measurements or professional assessments before dispatch is authorised.
A delivery date will be described as confirmed only to the extent that the relevant arrangements have been verified in writing. An estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Where a failed delivery is attributable to the Customer's failure to satisfy previously disclosed and agreed site-readiness requirements, reasonable and documented additional costs may be recoverable in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable law.
5. Changes to the quotation
Any change to the product specification, quantity, delivery address, installation requirements, payment schedule, or other material term must be documented in writing.
Where a requested change affects the purchase price, manufacturing schedule, freight arrangements, regulatory requirements, or delivery arrangements, the Supplier will provide an amended quotation or written variation identifying the relevant changes.
No additional charge or material contractual variation will be imposed solely on the basis of an undisclosed internal cost or an uncommunicated supplier arrangement.
6. Customer acceptance
The Customer should review the quotation, product documentation, applicable policies, and outstanding requirements before accepting the order.
Written acceptance confirms agreement to the terms expressly incorporated into the quotation, subject to any mandatory statutory rights and the Supplier's stated order-acceptance procedure.
The final accepted quotation, together with its incorporated attachments and any subsequently agreed written variations, will form part of the contractual record for the transaction.

The flanges on our chambers are double reinforced for uncompromising longevity and peace of mind.
INTERNAL FRAME:
